Paolo Villoresi is a gourmet and a passionate researcher of Italian Cuisine and Culture. He is the Founder and Former President of the ITALIAN CULINARY ISTITUTE, Inc., ITALIAN COOKING & LIVING magazine as well as the FOUNDER, PUBLISHER & EDITOR IN CHIEF OF THE MAGAZINE of LA CUCINA ITALIANA, the first Italian magazine certified by the US Bureau of Circulation.

Paolo Villoresi is a Speaker: he lectures at Italian Centers and Institutions, at many American Colleges and Universities like St. John’s, Hofstra, the University of Texas, Johns Hopkins, the Culinary Institute of America in Saint Helena, Davis University in California and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC.
Paolo is the Writer of many books as well as the author of IC&L TV Show broadcasted for four years. Some of his books are digitally re-edited: the entire My Love series: Olive Oil, Pasta, Whole Wheat, Sauces, Herbs and Cheeses; Olice, the history of olive oil for kids sponsored by Unicef.
Six of his books have been published for Internet: E-Books.
Paolo Villoresi is a well-traveled gentleman, speaks fluently three languages, is a very proud certified Tuscan Artisan (glass decorator and precious and not precious metals enamellist). Paolo is an American Wood Carver as well as a member of the Accademia of la Cucina Italiana and of the Dante Alighieri Society.
All of Villoresi’s activities have being officially and publicly recognized by the State of New York, of New Orleans and by the Italian Ministry of Commerce.
Villoresi was born in Florence, Italy, where he studied political science. He comes from an old Florentine family of art-lovers who taught him to look upon the traditions of Italian cuisine as an integral part of Italian culture.
Paolo is the father of four and lives in Manhattan with his wife and youngest daughter Sara.
